THE CODE HOLDS FREE WORKSHOP ON PREVENTING CHILD SEX TOURISM
The Code is holding two free workshops in Thailand in November to discuss ways to protect children from sexual exploitation in travel and tourism. The Code is a VGT partner and an award winning, internationally recognized corporate social responsibility/responsible tourism tool for the tourism industry to integrate child protection into its operations.
The workshops will be held in Bangkok on Nov. 1 and in Pattaya on Nov. 2 with sessions in both English and Thai. The workshop is open to everyone but is targeted toward tourism professionals.
The training will provide information about The Code, the issue of commercial sexual exploitation of children in Thailand, and how to report cases to authorities and non-governmental organizations.
To register, send a confirmation email to email@example.com with your name/organization by Oct. 24.
