Sex offender twins back behind cars in UK
Twin brothers, whose details were published on the Child Exploitation and Online Protection (CEOP) Centre’s Most Wanted website, are now both back behind bars in the UK, after being extradited from France.
The brothers, Thomas and Kenneth Parker, were both in custody earlier in the year in France, after their details were published on the website.
Kenneth Parker has been sentenced to serve two years for failing to notify his foreign travel after pleading guilty and Thomas sentenced to serve 22 months in prison for breaching his notification requirements.
